a new mix

 

it is time to preview a new Lizzie Anne mix.

I did some designing and photography for this reveal and I tried to use a different color combo.

no red.  sometimes it is hard, but variety is a good thing.

today I have two projects to show.

first.

lizzie anne designs monthly challenge.  this month our project had to correlate with a new years resolution.

so this year I resolve to send more birthday cards

I make em and don’t send em.

warmth

it is cold.

brr.

at night I sit on the heater with a blanket over me.

I love the heat, so thankful for the heater.

we are looking forward to a little vacation coming up soon…we are heading to the sunshine

can’t wait.

anyways.  I made a quick card last night cuz I was FREEZING.

I love this cupcake and use it a ton for birthday cards.  it is from the

lizzie anne mix set turn toward the sun.  I put a little sparkle on the top layer of

frosting.  every cupcake needs two layers of frosting, right?

i took a week off blogging.

christmas started happening all over

the place and i got a little overwhelmed.

i took my kids pic for the cards, designed the cards,

sent them off to the press and the house is officially decorated.

i am about done with shopping and teacher/neighbor gifts.

i got to play with some new lizzie anne stamps last week.

i decorated for thanksgiving today. 

lola helped me.

she asked me why we have so many chickens around our house.  ha ha ha.

i remember her calling the turkeys, chickens last year as well.

makes me laugh and i just don’t have it in me to tell her they are turkeys.

i like that she calls them chickens.

i changed blades and i am still getting crappy edges.

we might just fight the whole weekend. 

we won’t.

but it has happened before:)

pumpkin patch, movie, REAL soccer game, yard work, house projects, craft, stay up late…just a few ideas

new mix and a FAT cat

hi.

meet my fat cat.

she jumps into my shots EVERYTIME. 

pretty funny that she jumps up turns and poses.

she usually messes it all up and i have to place everything again.
