a new mix

 

it is time to preview a new Lizzie Anne mix.

I did some designing and photography for this reveal and I tried to use a different color combo.

no red.  sometimes it is hard, but variety is a good thing.

she usually messes it all up and i have to place everything again.

my 9 year old Sully said yesterday that his new swimsuit was “sick”. 

i guess that means cool.

to me it means it’s not feeling well.

so i am saying the new july mix by lizzie anne designs is “sick”.

the sneaky leprechaun came to our house last night. 

he left a trail of gold coins everywhere.

at least they have chocolate in them;)

on this card i used a the new music background.  so i can make my own music paper now.  yipee!

this mom stamp might be my favorite that i created this month.  maybe cuz i just love my mom.

i think i have morning sickness today. and every day.

not the morning sickness your thinking…few.

just the kind of sickness that i never what to get up in the morning. ever. ever. and ever.

i just love to sleep in the morning and hate to go to bed at night. MAYBE just MAYBE if i went to bed at night i could

wake up happy in the morning.

sigh… maybe tonight i will go to bed at 11:00. that would be early:)

man i wish we had a rooster in the backyard to wake me up each morning. sometimes i think it would be fun to bring one home and wake all the neighbors up.

i love roosters lately!

this is the rooster i designed for the sept "monthly mix" something to crow about.

today is the day that lizzie anne reveals the monthly mix!!! you need to see all these images! they are so fun.

i am excited to be able help meridith and tricia design these monthly sets.

i must say i am in love with this first set called “hey sunshine”. LOCK me up in my craft room please, just for like two WHOLE days. just bring me some diet coke and i would be good to go. i just need more time to get them all inky.

i made a couple of cards that showcase a few of the stamps.when they talked about the theme of this kit being summer i had to design a quail.

i love quails and all their babies. i think they are so freakin cute. i would never eat one!!! (how could you)

my parents host quail every year in their backyard and we love to spot them.

this is another stamp that i designed. i love owl images and they are oh so very trendy. so whohoo!!!
